1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to ksrgroup.id and to the services that PT Kuat Surya Raga ("KSR Group", "we", "us" or "our") provides, including the in-house tools we use to connect to third-party platforms (together, the "Services"). By using the website or the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. Other terms that may apply

• Purchases of BloomLab products are governed by the terms on bloomlab.id or trybloomlab.com, or by the terms of the marketplace where you buy.
• The Bloom360 app is owned by PT Anugerah Wijaya Raga and has its own terms of service.
• Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

3. Using the website

You may use ksrgroup.id for lawful purposes. Do not disrupt the website, try to access it in unauthorised ways, or copy its content for commercial use without our written permission. We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but we may change or remove content at any time without notice.

4. Health information

Information about our products is general information, not medical advice, and results differ from person to person. Read the product label, and ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication or have a medical condition.

5. Connected platform accounts

Some of our tools connect to platforms such as TikTok and TikTok Shop, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads and WhatsApp), Google and YouTube, Shopee and Tokopedia.

• Only the owner of a platform account, or a person the owner has authorised, may connect it to our tools.
• When you connect an account, you allow us to access and use the data and functions you approve on the platform's permission screen, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, including the TikTok Terms of Service and the YouTube Terms of Service.
• You can disconnect an account at any time in the platform's settings or by contacting us. Disconnecting stops new data from reaching us; to delete data we already hold, see Data deletion.
• We may suspend a connection to protect users or our systems, or to comply with a platform's rules or the law.
• You must not use our Services to break the law or a platform's rules, or to infringe the rights of others.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including its text, images and design, and the names and logos of KSR Group, BloomLab and Bloom360 belong to KSR Group companies or their licensors. You may not use them without our written permission. Other names and logos, such as those of TikTok, Meta, Google, YouTube, Shopee and Tokopedia, belong to their owners; mentioning them does not mean they endorse us.

7. Links to other websites

This website links to websites we do not control, including platform and marketplace websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices; please read their own terms and privacy notices.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection (Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen) or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

9. Privacy

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using the website or the Services after a change, the updated Terms apply.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. If that fails, the dispute will be settled by the District Court of Surabaya (Pengadilan Negeri Surabaya), without limiting your right as a consumer to use a consumer dispute settlement body (Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen, BPSK) where the law allows.
