Who this page is for
Anyone whose personal data PT Kuat Surya Raga holds, including people who interacted with our accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Threads or WhatsApp, connected a TikTok, Google or YouTube account to one of our tools, or bought BloomLab products from our stores or marketplace stores.

Remove our access
If you connected an account to one of our tools, you can remove our access at any time:
- Facebook: Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites. Remove our app.
- Instagram: Settings and privacy, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites. Remove our app.
- TikTok: Settings and privacy, then the list of apps and services connected to your account. Remove our app.
- Google and YouTube: open the Google security settings page and remove our app.
Removing access stops new data from reaching us. To delete the data we already hold, continue with step 2.

Step 2
Send us a deletion request
Email support@ksrgroup.id with the subject "Data deletion request" and include:
- your name;
- the platform or platforms involved (for example Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads, TikTok, Tokopedia, Google, YouTube or Shopee) and your account name, username or phone number there;
- your order number, if your request is about an order; and
- whether you want all of your data deleted or only part of it.
Never send us passwords or identity card numbers.

Step 3
We verify and delete
We may ask you to confirm the request from the same account, email address or phone number. After we verify it, we delete or anonymise your data in our systems and tools within the time limits set by Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022), and confirm by email when it is done.
If the law requires us to keep some records, such as transaction records for tax purposes, we tell you what we keep and delete it when the required period ends.
Bloom360 accounts: The Bloom360 app is owned by PT Anugerah Wijaya Raga. To delete a Bloom360 account, follow the steps at bloom360.id/data-deletion.
Marketplace accounts: to delete data held by a marketplace itself, such as TikTok Shop, Tokopedia or Shopee, use that marketplace's own account settings.
