We make, sell and support.
We look after the whole chain ourselves, from the product to the customer conversation.
Sell
We sell through our online store bloomlab.id, WhatsApp customer service and our official stores on TikTok Shop, Shopee and Tokopedia in Indonesia, and on Shopee in Malaysia and the Philippines. Orders are shipped by courier.
Build
Our team builds the in-house software we use for orders, customer service, content and reporting. It connects only to accounts that belong to us or to brands we manage, through official platform APIs and with the account owner's permission.
03 · Platforms
How we work with platforms.
We sell and talk with customers on major platforms. Where our tools connect to one, they use its official APIs, follow its developer terms and access only the data a task needs.
TikTok
Brand content, advertising and our TikTok Shop store. When our tools connect to TikTok, they are used only for our own accounts: publishing content, reading performance reports, and handling TikTok Shop orders and buyer messages.
Meta
Facebook, Instagram, Threads and the WhatsApp Business Platform: customer messages, comments, content and advertising for our brand accounts.
Google and YouTube
Video content on YouTube and website analytics with Google Analytics, used to understand how people find and use our websites.
Shopee and Tokopedia
Our official stores on Shopee Indonesia, Shopee Malaysia, Shopee Philippines and Tokopedia: product listings, order fulfilment, returns and buyer chat.
TikTok, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, WhatsApp, Google, YouTube, Shopee and Tokopedia are trademarks of their owners. Naming them does not mean they endorse KSR Group.
