01 · What we do
From product to customer, in house.
We develop our own products, sell them directly and through marketplaces, and build the software that connects the two.
Retail & e-commerce
Direct and marketplace sales
Customers buy from our online store bloomlab.id, through WhatsApp customer service, and from our official stores on TikTok Shop, Shopee and Tokopedia in Indonesia and on Shopee in Malaysia and the Philippines.
Software
In-house tools
Our team builds the software we use for orders, customer service, content and reporting, connected to the platforms we sell on through their official APIs. Qualifying BloomLab orders also include a membership of the Bloom360 app.

BloomLab is our own brand. The Bloom360 app is owned by PT Anugerah Wijaya Raga, and qualifying BloomLab orders include a Bloom360 membership.

One app for food, training, runs, sleep and progress, with coaching from real people. For adults 18 and over, on Android, iOS and the web. The Bloom360 app is owned by PT Anugerah Wijaya Raga.

Honest product claims
We say what is in each product and what it is for, without medical promises. Our content is general information, not medical advice, and results differ from person to person.
Registered and certified
All BloomLab products are Halal certified. MetaBloom and LunaBloom are registered with BPOM; GutReset, TummyZen, UraZen, Supagreen, HerCycle and Ricelim are registered as home-industry food (PIRT).
Careful with personal data
We collect only what we need to serve customers and run the business, and we follow Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022).
